Healing the World One Act of Love at a Time
Since the beginning of John Two-Hawks’ career, he has recognized the power love holds to help human beings transcend their differences and heal. It is with this knowledge in mind that Two-Hawks has always created his music and shared his words. John has always believed that world peace is possible, and that if we all use our gifts in a way that plants seeds of hope and love, one day we will realize the dream of a world where diverse cultures and nations can share the planet in peace with one another. All John Two-Hawks' teaching and music carries this vision: that just as tiny drops of rain wear away the greatest of stones, so can our tiny drops of love wear away the greatest stones of hate and fear.

My friends, my lifelong vision has always been to do my small part to make the world a better place, and to help heal the web of life which has become so broken. This is a strange and mixed up world we live in, and the answers to so many complex problems are not easy. And yet, I know this; love and humility are the keys to finding the right answers. Those who snicker at the idea that love and humility can heal our planet and bring forth world peace simply cannot fathom the trans-formative power that love and humility possess. I for one, believe. I have always believed. So my sisters and brothers, let us be humble, give love, and share our gifts in that spirit, and one day the world will heal....
